Bay Area Announcements

5/23/20

Hello Science Infinity students and parents,

I know it’s been a while since you’ve received Science Infinity communication, but this is an announcement for all recipients – whether you’re currently enrolled or not.

For the past few weeks, I’m sure you guys are aware of the break we installed to accommodate 11th grade final exams for our instructors. Unfortunately, many of these (online) exams have been rescheduled to June, leaving us 11th graders extending our preparatory period to the first week of June. Unfortunately, this will have to also apply to our lessons.

We plan to begin classes once again on Sunday, June 7th. We are sad that we won’t be able to see you guys for an extra couple of weeks, but we know it’s necessary. To clarify, classes will not begin this coming Sunday May 24th.

In case you aren’t aware, there have been review assignments scheduled since the start of our break. If you didn’t know, you should check your previous email for instructions our contact us for access.

Sincerely,

The Bay Area Volunteer Team

Hello Students and Parents,

Thank for you a successful first three weeks of Science Infinity! I hope your students enjoyed it just as much as our instructors did. As we’ve been telling our students, we have a short break from video lessons, which goes into effect today. We return Sunday, May 24th, when we expect to see all of you again.

Until then, your students do have work to do. Our instructors have spent hours this week putting together review materials for the next few weeks. This break from video lessons is a chance for your students to catch up and solidify their understanding of the concepts. To make it easier for everyone to access, we are now posting content on our Student’s Corner. Access this through our website, by clicking the top right corner of our chapter page. The password is “ilovescience”. This work does have due dates, so please pay attention to that.

In addition, I will be sending out reports later today, which will have your student’s attendance and homework progress.

As always, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email us at bayarea@scienceinfinity.org or message us on Facebook.

Regards,

Aniket and

P.S. Just to be clear, there is no lesson today.
